Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding the company's freight forwarding and 3PL customer base.

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics industry

• Achieve sales targets through effective business development and customer acquisition strategies

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and overseas partners

• Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery

• Develop and coordinate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with customers and operations teams

• Attend sales meetings, networking events, and customer visits to generate new business opportunities

• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and freight solutions for customers

• Negotiate freight rates with carriers, agents, and service providers

• Coordinate with overseas offices and agents on shipment requirements and pricing matters

• Work closely with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve service-related issues

• Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales or business development experience within the Freight Forwarding or 3PL Logistics industry

• Prior experience in FCL shipments and trade lanes involving USA, Canada, or Europe will be an advantage

• Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, logistics solutions, and supply chain services

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Self-motivated, sales-driven, and results-oriented mindset

• Able to multitask, work independently, and perform well in a fast-paced environment

• Candidates with proven logistics sales experience and a strong network within the freight forwarding industry are highly encouraged to apply.
