Job Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to walk-in customers.

• Assist customers with product selection and enquiries.

• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales transactions, prescriptions, and work orders.

• Handle cashiering duties and payment processing.

• Support inventory management, including stock receiving, replenishment, and merchandising.

• Ensure products are well displayed and the store is clean, organized, and presentable.

• Assist with daily store operations and administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Candidates with retail, customer service, or sales experience will have an advantage.

• Fresh candidates and those without relevant experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
