Job Responsibilities

As a Finance & Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Manage full sets of accounts and perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules

• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, statutory reports, and HQ reporting packages

• Support external audits by preparing audit schedules, PBC documents, and responding to audit queries

• Coordinate tax filings and support corporate income tax compliance

• Handle daily treasury activities, including payments, bank transfers, and banking administration

• Manage trade finance activities, including Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, bank coordination, and record maintenance

• Maintain internal control documentation and drive process improvement initiatives

• Provide administrative and operational support to the finance team and business stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

• Prior experience in accounting and finance functions, including financial closing, reporting, and reconciliations

• Experience handling full sets of accounts is preferred

• Knowledge of IFRS and/or Local GAAP

• Experience supporting external audits will be advantageous

• Familiarity with trade finance and Letter of Credit (LC) processes is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems
