Operations Support Engineer

Scope of Work

· Migration of AngularJS (v1.x) to modern frameworks across multiple applications (e.g. Angular v2+, React, or equivalent supported frameworks)

· Remediation of unsupported and outdated JavaScript libraries

· Ensure application stability across development, testing, and production environments throughout the upgrade

· Ensure all existing application functionalities remain intact and operate as expected following the upgrade, with no regression to existing features

· Support end-to-end delivery including assessment, implementation, testing, and deployment

· Deliverables include assessment findings, updated code components, test results, and technical documentation

Responsibilities:

· Assess existing JavaScript libraries and identify upgrade requirements

· Lead implementation and coordination of code upgrades and migration activities

· Monitor application environments and ensure system performance and stability

· Manage incidents and perform root cause analysis for issues introduced during migration

· Coordinate with internal teams on requirements, testing, and deployment

· Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities

· Serve as primary interface between offshore development team and stakeholders

· Lead overall delivery planning and ensure alignment with project timeline and milestones

Experience & Skills:

· Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (Senior Consultant level)

· Strong experience in AngularJS and modern frameworks (Angular, React, Vue)

· Experience with enterprise application environments (SharePoint preferred)

· Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills

· Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
