Facilities Engineer (Immediate | Contract) - #1160311

We are looking for a hands-on Facilities/Operations Engineer to support project, vendor, and maintenance activities within a technical laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage facilities operations including maintenance, repair, and preventive works
• Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and service personnel
• Handle procurement processes (PR/PO/GR) and vendor sourcing
• Support project execution for facility upgrades, installations, and lab setups
• Conduct feasibility checks for utilities and technical equipment
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of facility systems in a lab environment
• Investigate faults/issues and provide timely solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for systems and processes

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong administrative skills with ability to handle documentation efficiently
• Experience coordinating or supervising vendors/service personnel
• knowledge of facilities, maintenance, or project coordination
• Independent, hands-on, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to work in a technical/laboratory environment
