Cybersecurity Engineer (Postsales) - #1160310

Responsibilities:

• Execute deployment and implementation activities for cybersecurity and network security solutions, ensuring accurate configuration and seamless integration.

• Provide post-sales technical support for customer projects at both local and regional levels, maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and service delivery.

• Deliver on-site implementation services, including system configuration, testing, and preparation of comprehensive deployment and handover documentation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, integration, or operational issues efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain optimal system reliability.

• Be available for 24×7 maintenance and support when required.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and client satisfaction.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT, network support, or administration.

• Hands-on experience with networking, including routing and switching.

• Possess CCNA or CCSA certification.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and work extended hours or standby shifts.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity and network monitoring tools, such as CyberArk (PAM), CheckPoint, Vectra, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics are advantageous.
