Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), respecting their individual preferences.

• Support oral/NGT/PEG feeding, medication administration, and basic monitoring (e.g., vitals, wound care under supervision).

• Contribute to planning and facilitating daily programming, activities, and community outings.

• Prepare and serve meals and beverages, and engage in cleaning, disinfection, transport escort, and logistics support.

• Assist with administrative duties, inventory management, and material procurement.

• Promptly escalate and report any incidents, complaints, or unusual observations.

• Maintain overall cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and equipment hygiene.

• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge for improved performance.

• Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of GCE “N” Level; Higher Certificate in Healthcare (Community Care) is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Prior caregiving experience in hospitals, nursing homes, or home care settings is an advantage.

• Experience in planning and conducting care programmes is preferred but not mandatory.
