Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and organized TCG Organized Play Associate to support and grow our Trading Card Game (TCG) Organized Play programs across the region. As a leading distributor of TCG products, we work closely with retailers, tournament organizers, and player communities to deliver engaging play experiences that strengthen and expand the TCG ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute Organized Play programs, tournaments, leagues, and promotional events.

• Manage event schedules, participation tracking, and performance reporting.

• Ensure Organized Play activities are conducted in accordance with official tournament policies and guidelines.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for retailers and tournament organizers regarding Organized Play activities.

• Provide guidance and operational support to stores running Organized Play events.

• Assist with the distribution of promotional materials and event kits. Monitor inventory and allocation of Organized Play materials.

• Support on-site event operations when required.

• Support other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Min Higher Nitec in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or equivalent.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

• Basic design skills in Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator is a bonus.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Able to work weekends, to support tournament, event schedules and travel when required for events.

• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

• Interest in Trading Card Games (TCG), tabletop gaming, or organised play ecosystem is an advantage.

• Support other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
