We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Executive /Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition to provide maternity cover support for our Talent Acquisition function. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employer branding initiatives, and continuous improvement projects to enhance the hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles up to senior executive level
Liaise with tertiary institutions, career offices, and external partners to build internship pipelines
Coordinate internship programs including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of interns
Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Participate at career fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events
Assist in the development and execution of recruitment marketing materials (e.g. job ads, social media posts, brochures)
Support and drive ad-hoc HR and recruitment-related projects (e.g. enhancements to TA workflows and candidate experience)
Assist in reviewing and updating HR and recruitment-related policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR, preferably handling end-to-end recruitment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
Immediate or short notice preferred
