Job Scope:

• Manage Full Set Accounts: Oversee the complete accounting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial closings.

• Prepare Reports & Statements: Generate monthly financial statements, management reports, tax schedules, and GST submissions.

• Handle Cash & Reconciliations: Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, manage journal entries, and track fixed assets and petty cash.

• Oversee AP, AR, & Intercompany: Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, reconcile accounts, and confirm intercompany transactions.

• Coordinate Audits & Filings: Liaise with auditors and tax agents, support annual audits, and prepare XBRL statements for corporate secretarial filing.

• Support Project Accounting: Manage project-specific financial tasks, including project costing, subcontractor claims, and progress billing.
