The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a reputable multinational organisation within the manufacturing and industrial sector, and we are looking for a Order Management / Customer Service Executive to join a dynamic regional team supporting customer operations across Asia Pacific.
This role offers exposure to customer account management, order fulfilment, inventory planning, and cross-functional coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking to broaden their supply chain and operations experience within a global organisation.
- Employment Type: 2-Year Contract (renewable)
- Location: West Region
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm / 9am to 6pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,900 + 2-month Completion Bonus
The Job:
- Manage customer accounts and order portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and fulfilment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, shipping arrangements, and service enquiries
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, service providers, and regional teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Support inventory planning activities and monitor stock availability to meet customer demand
- Liaise with suppliers and support purchasing activities where required
- Coordinate production workflows and operational planning to ensure delivery commitments are met
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve supply chain or operational issues
- Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and maintain accurate documentation records
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation initiatives
- Participate actively in continuous improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives
The Talent:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics coordination, planning, or supply chain operations
- Prior experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial products, automation, or related sectors will be advantageous
- Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
