Customer Program Executive/ Coordinator - Electronics Manufacturing / MNC

Job Summary

The role will be responsible to manage customer relationships and lead project execution from RFQ to mass production within the Electronics Manufacturing Services sector.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationship, driving revenue growth

• Manage customer RFQ - Costing and sales strategies for submission.

• Project management from RFQ to Mass production

• Liaise and organizing with customer and internal department on project activities.

• Drive Project deliverables and action plan through the use of the reports, checklist and others.

• Manage product ECO, EOL and inventory.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Sales related discipline

• At least 3 years’ experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)/ PCBA/ Box Build Activities

• Process Manufacturing / Program management experience is required.

• Understanding of cost structure and cost modelling of EMS.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Words and Power Point
