iTea is a well-known local bubble tea chain in Singapore, iTea focuses on offering good-quality drinks at neighbourhood-friendly prices. More than 50 outlets in Singapore and we are expanding to more outlets in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Manage 6 Outlets in an allocated area
Conduct regular outlet visits
Assist in any work station when required
Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage employees
Ensure proper planning of manpower schedule according to sales needs and labour target
Ensure and maintain the productivity level of employees
Maintain effective cost control in all areas in the outlets
Ensure compliance of cash handling and management in the outlets
Understand day-to-day operations well enough to perform duties in employees’ absence
Inform Area Manager of any operational inconsistency
Report employee accidents and potential safety hazards to Area Manager and ensure compliance of necessary documentations
Ensure employees are educated on all products and services
Enforce the compliance of standard operating procedures
Plan and execute all sales promotions effectively and efficiently
Respond proactively to prevent and resolve customer service situation
Ensure that all employees understand the brand’s service culture
Analyse business performance using data from Intelligence Business Engine (IBE) and recommend action plans for improvement when necessary
Interview, recruit and hire qualified candidates
Ensure new employees are trained properly; follow up on the training progress of all employees
Coach, counsel and discipline employees
Regular review of work performance with employees
Produce daily, weekly and monthly business reports
Ensure payroll information including
reports, monthly timesheet and other personnel forms submitted are accurate and correct
Provide information to supervisors, co-workers and subordinates by telephone, in written form, email, or in person, when necessary
Develop an effective network of communication across the area to ensure shared knowledge and understanding of business activity
Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work
To attend all meetings and training programs when required
Compliance to any other related operational issues and projects as and when required
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Shop/Outlet Manager in F&B is an advantage
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
