HANA is looking for a Sales and Special Project Management Candidate to
Creative Lead to drive revenue and support with sales operations at HANA Hair Studios and for specific projects under KT Glow Ventures
Key responsibilities and Deliverables under Sales at HANA HAIR STUDIOS:
Manage Customer Interactions of Online and Offline Clients
Respond to customer inquiries in Real Time via Phone, Email and Social Media and prioritise Sales Conversion with successful and confirmed bookings
Develop product and service knowledge to address concerns and resolve enquiries promptly
Offer personalised recommendations and upsell services in order to secure bookings
Increase basket size of services
Cross-sell with products in store
Encouraged repeated purchases via package deals
Converting and handling all customer enquiries on IG DM and all online sources to ensure Customer details collected and Booking is made
Sales and Upselling Strategies: Identify and execute opportunities to spell or cross-sell services and products [eg. “Customers who do Bleach their hair usually top up a HANA Hair Filler Service”]
Offer Package deals and promotions to upsell, with a minimum spend
Data Analysis and Qualitative/Quantitative Understanding
Use historical data analytics to personalise offers and increase conversion rates (i.e target consumers who have not visited in 3 months, and offer a special return fee)
Communicate and Conduct Sales meetings with In-House stylists to discuss how onground execution can be optimised
Collaborate with Marketing Team to create and lead promotional campaigns via Social Media Ads, EDM, Posters and Loyalty Programmes
Work with Kayley on Business Development Projects under HANA Hair Studios and the develop of New Projects
Key Targets
Uplift in Customer Bookings: To target at least 10 Bookings Per Stylist/Per Day
Average Ticket Price: Increase Ticket price for Model slots by 150% from average rate of $120-$188
Upsell Rate: Achieve an Upsell Rate of 30%-50% of all services
Encourage Outbound and Inbound Sales
Additional Commissions [Specially for Adon-Sales]
8% of Sales Person’s Customer’s spend in store
10% if Sales Person’s Customer exceeds total sales value of 10K Per Month
5% of every Sales Person’s Product Sale
