Summary of Position:
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Account Manager to support our expansion plan through new customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will acquire new F&B customers for off-site centralised dishwashing services. You will need to be able to prospect and acquire new customers as well as service existing customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Hunt and prospect new customers.
Propose centralised dishwashing services to potential customers to achieve and exceed monthly sales target.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Perform site assessments to facilitate delivery and collection of crockery.
Collect payments from customers.
Present sales pipelines and sales activities to management.
Manage customer feedback.
Renew existing service contracts but with more focus on hunting new clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years in corporate sales.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from hunting to closing.
Strong business sense and industry expertise, especially in the F&B and cleaning sectors.
Compensation package includes basic salary ($4,000 to $5,500) + transport allowance of $1,200 (if possess own car) + recurring commission on contracts.
