Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance and uploading of overall operation master data in SAP.

  • Support Quality department to maintenance SAP Quality Master Data.

  • Ensure accuracy of data in SAP based on input obtained

  • Scrutinize the input obtain and challenge the accuracy or validity of the data

  • Perform daily monitoring and audit on data accuracy and outstanding data entries

  • Standardize and updates material master data procedural documentations, continuously improve the system to make it leaner and better

  • Communicate with other supporting department to ensure prompt response and input from supporting department on material master set up and maintenance

  • Monitor and control data accuracy.

  • Ensure proper EC approval before data entries into SAP system

  • Working as a member of the team, participating fully in team activities, taking responsibility for team goals and coaching and supporting other members of the team to achieve their objectives and increase their competencies and skills

  • Working with own team and/or with other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities

  • Actively undertaking activities to increase own competency portfolio

  • To support and comply with the Brady Corporation Global Policies, Brady Policy, Quality Policy, Environmental Policy, Safety & Health Policy and other organization policies that are relevant to job functions. To responsible, accountable and committed to fulfill the codes and statements prescribed in the policies.

  • The above responsibilities are not exhaustive and other related duties may be added from time to time.

Requisite Criteria

  • Degree in any discipline with minimum 2-3 related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or work experience

Skills

  • Knowledge of manufacturing bill of material (B.O.M), Engineering and Document Change Process, Data Management and SAP system.

  • Ability to communicate and write effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Ability to analyse and interpret data input provided

  • Computer literate (Basic Microsoft Office)

  • Possess problem solving skill, good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good team player
