Your Role on Our Journey

You are responsible for driving brand visibility, demand generation, and partner-led growth through non-digital channels for a premium mobility concierge and private hire car leasing business. This role owns the offline and integrated marketing ecosystem—including partnerships, ground activations, events, corporate alliances, fleet branding, driver-facing marketing, and experiential touchpoints—ensuring the brand is consistently present where demand is created before customers or drivers ever go online.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

• Support the design process from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that all design projects are completed within the given deadlines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with the company's brand portfolio guidelines and objectives.

• Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for a wide range of mediums including digital platforms, print materials, packaging, and marketing collateral.

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand portfolio identity across all design materials, ensuring that our brand portfolio message is effectively communicated to our target audience.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge designs.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, assisting them in their professional growth and development.

• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet project requirements.

• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of design projects, including print production and website development.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of our target audience and market trends to create designs that resonate with our customers and drive engagement.

• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
