Infantcare Teacher - #1160133

We are seeking a compassionate, nurturing, and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our childcare team in Yishun. The Infant Teacher is responsible for the daily care, development, and safety of infants (ages 6 weeks to 12 months), providing a warm and stimulating environment that supports early learning, emotional well-being, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of infants at all times.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, language development, and social interaction.

• Maintain a consistent and predictable routine for feeding, diapering, and napping.

• Observe and assess developmental milestones; maintain accurate records and communicate progress with families.

• Build positive, trusting relationships with each child and their family, providing regular updates and daily reports.

• Create and maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment that reflects respect for infants' developmental needs.

• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture.

• Follow all licensing regulations, health and safety policies, and centre procedures.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC, PCIC, etc.) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)

• EY1 or EY2 certification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood teaching

• Montessori setting experience preferred

• Passion for early childhood development and education
