What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an energetic and organised individual who enjoys both administrative coordination and employee engagement activities. This role is suitable for who have demonstrated strong coordination skills through internships, school projects, leadership positions, event committees or co-curricular activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented and enjoys working with people while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Admin Executive cum Employee Engagement
MNC Environment
Working Hours: 5 days work
8.30am-5.30pm
Working Location @ Pioneer
Company transport provided nearby MRT
Salary up to $4300 + AWS
Attractive variable bonus up to 3mth + stock option

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the company’s daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning
Coordinate employee housing arrangements and provide administrative support on accommodation matters
Support employee welfare initiatives and engagement activities
Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of company-wide events, including annual dinners, festive celebrations, town halls and staff activities
Liaise with vendors, service providers and internal stakeholders for administrative and event-related matters
Process and track administrative-related invoices and documentation
Manage office supplies, procurement and general office facilities
Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager
Requirement:
Degree in Business Administration, Arts, Communications or related disciplines, from Local uni will be a plus
Strong organisational, coordination and multitasking abilities
Good logical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proactive, responsible and able to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, vendors and stakeholders
Experience in coordinating projects, events, school activities, student committees or leadership roles will be advantageous
Passionate about creating positive employee experiences and supporting company initiatives
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
Able to start work in a short notice period
