This role provides leadership in consultation with Executive Director to develop and implement aligned operational tactical and strategic plans.
Strategic Leadership
• Support organisational development projects and initiatives
• Communicate and cascade effectively the company vision, mission & values to the Care Studio and Rehab Team.
• Assist Executive Director to chart an ‘’Allium Experience’’ for Care Studio clients and innovate Seed and Seed + Programme
• Monitor KPIs and ensure effective utilisation of budget and resources
• Manage manpower in Care studio and Rehab Team
Requirements for Regulatory
• Formulate general Policies for Rehab and Care studio
• Ensure compliance standards in Care Studio.
• Assist in achieving and sustaining all the MOH licensing requirements for Allium Care Suites for Rehab
Support Capability Development Initiatives
• Assist in the recruitment, selection, development and retention for Care studio and Rehab Team.
• Coach staff to assume different roles and responsibilities to maximise potential.
• Identify staff with potential for career development and advancement.
Primary Daily Activities
• Manage the running and day-to-day operations of Care Studio and Rehab Department
• Develop and market day care and rehab services and programmes (centre-based and home-based) to clients, in line with the company's strategic growth plans.
• Manage the care and support team to deliver the highest quality of community and home care
• To manage clients' healthcare needs assessment process, the implementation of care plan for clients and engage clients meaningfully and actively with suitable rehabilitative, maintenance, and dementia day care activities and programmes.
• Manage all enquiries, feedback, complaints and incidents in relation to the Centre operations.
• Coordinate, implement and monitor clinical and service quality performance indicators for continuous improvement.
• Identify prospective business partners, develop and sell services to acquire new clients through strategic planning and product positioning.
• Maintain good relationship with existing and prospective partners and organisations.
• Adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) relating to clients and staff.
Technical Skills and Competencies
• Good knowledge of ILTC landscape is desirable.
• Understand the practices that promote self-care management, behaviour change and personalised care.
• Sound knowledge of local health care priorities.
• Interest in bringing new care model to the older adults.
• Ability to learn new skills and develop aged care effectiveness of self and team.
