Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customized SUSE Linux OS images.

  • Automate system deployment and configuration using SaltStack, Ansible, or similar tools.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

  • Develop diagnostic and troubleshooting scripts for hardware and software systems.

  • Support server, compute cluster, and networking infrastructure integration.

  • Troubleshoot Linux, hardware, and network-related issues.

Requirements

  • Strong Linux administration and OS customization experience.

  • Experience creating and maintaining Linux images.

  • Hands-on experience with SaltStack, Ansible, or equivalent automation tools.

  • Knowledge of server hardware, compute clusters, and system architecture.

  • Understanding of Ethernet and InfiniBand networking.

  • Familiarity with modern memory technologies (DDR4, DDR5, DIMM, LPDDR, HBM).

  • Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or similar).

  • Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
