Job Responsibilities
Clean, wash, and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper handling of cleaning equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, stewarding areas, and storage spaces.
Dispose of waste and manage garbage segregation in accordance with hygiene standards.
Assist in the proper storage and organization of cleaned items.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Support kitchen team with basic cleaning and operational tasks when required.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the Executive Chef promptly.
Help in kitchen if needed
Load up wood cart
Job Requirements
Prior experience in stewarding or a similar role is an advantage but not required.
Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced and physically demanding environment.
Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Food safety level 1 (We can pay for you if you need course)
