Job Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.

• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper handling of cleaning equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, stewarding areas, and storage spaces.

• Dispose of waste and manage garbage segregation in accordance with hygiene standards.

• Assist in the proper storage and organization of cleaned items.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

• Support kitchen team with basic cleaning and operational tasks when required.

• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the Executive Chef promptly.

• Help in kitchen if needed

• Load up wood cart

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in stewarding or a similar role is an advantage but not required.

• Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and physically demanding environment.

• Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Food safety level 1 (We can pay for you if you need course)
