You will play an important role in showcasing our people, achievements, events and culture across multiple digital platforms.

Manage and grow our social media presence

Create, film and edit engaging content

Cover company events, trainings and award ceremonies

Track content performance and social media trends

Develop creative ideas and campaigns to strengthen our brand

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create and manage content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn

• Research and develop engaging content ideas aligned with the company’s branding, campaigns, events and business objectives

• Coordinate and support content shoots, including filming, photography and behind the scenes coverage

• Edit short form videos, reels and social media creatives for publishing across multiple platforms

• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing of content

• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations

• Engage with online audiences by monitoring comments, messages and social media interactions

• Cover company events, award ceremonies, training sessions and team activities for real time content creation

• Work closely with management to identify content opportunities and success stories

• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates and emerging content formats

• Support digital marketing campaigns and branding initiatives when required

• Assist with ad hoc marketing, design, operation and communication projects assigned
