1. Develop conceptual designs, technical sketches, 3D models, and prototypes for advanced spray systems and digital control solutions

2. Apply Design for Manufacturability (DfM) principles to improve assembly efficiency, reduce component usage, and ensure compatibility with manufacturing processes

3. Create and maintain standardized manufacturing workflows to support operational consistency and quality assurance

4. Capability Building: Lead the strategic development and scaling of local manufacturing capabilities

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical design and manufacturing

• Advanced mastery of CAD/CAM software, with a strong preference for Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, fluid dynamics, and material properties related to spray technology

• Hands-on experience with robotic systems, PLC programming, and sensor integration

• Familiar with industrial safety regulations, (e.g., CE compliance), and quality management systems
