Salary: Up to SGD 6,000 per month + AWS + Performance Bonus
What You'll Be Doing
Assessment, Intervention & Consultation
Conduct screenings and assessments for children's sensory, fine motor, adaptive, self-regulation, and functional participation needs.
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans integrated into daily preschool routines.
Provide practical strategies and consultation to educators and caregivers to support children's development across settings.
Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans to optimize outcomes.
Collaborative Case Management
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and conferences.
Partner with educators and Learning Support Educators (LSEds) to embed intervention strategies into classroom activities.
Work collaboratively with team members to review and enhance support plans.
Inclusive Practice & Centre Support
Guide educators and centre leaders in supporting children with diverse learning and developmental needs.
Conduct classroom observations and provide coaching to enhance inclusive practices.
Support the implementation of classroom adaptations and accommodations that encourage active participation and independence.
Assist in identifying children who may benefit from early intervention support.
Programme Development
Develop resources, workshops, and training materials for educators and families.
Contribute to research, programme evaluation, and service improvement initiatives.
Support parent engagement and educational workshops.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate case records and progress reports.
Participate in data collection and outcome tracking to improve service quality and effectiveness.
Additional Responsibilities (Senior Level)
Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to junior therapists and Learning Support Educators.
Lead or co-lead service enhancement projects and programme development initiatives.
Support the evaluation and continuous improvement of inclusive practices across centres.
What We're Looking For
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
Full AHPC registration.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant Occupational Therapy experience.
At least 1 year of supervision or mentoring experience.
Strong knowledge of child development, sensory integration, school-based intervention, and family-centred practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and case management skills.
Passion for early intervention, inclusion, and supporting children's developmental growth.
Preferred
Membership with the Singapore Association of Occupational Therapists (SAOT) or equivalent.
Experience in early intervention, preschool, educational, or multidisciplinary settings.
Experience in programme evaluation, staff training, and service development initiatives.
