Salary: Basic Up $3500 + Trp Allowance $100 + Variable Bonus

Working hours: Mon–Fri, 8.00am - 5.30pm

Work Location: West Coast

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, product quality, and timely output

• Supervise and lead production staff, including manpower planning, staff deployment, training, and performance management

• Plan and coordinate production schedules, monitor processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental regulations, CAPA requirements, and ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards

• Coordinate closely with Quality, Warehouse, Sales, customers, vendors, and maintenance teams to support smooth operations

• Manage production documentation, SAP transactions, costing updates, regulatory reports, and OEM customer requirements

• Oversee waste management activities, including handling, disposal coordination, and compliance with NEA and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 3 years of production or manufacturing supervisory experience

• Knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and manpower coordination

• Familiar with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001, workplace safety, and environmental compliance
