Assistant Sales Manager - #1159842

We are searching for a Sales Manager for an MNC Company responsible for driving sales growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. The incumbent will manage customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, strength market presence, and support the achievement of the company’s commercial objectives.

The role requires strong business development capabilities, technical product knowledge, customer relationship management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and service

Ideal candidate should have the qualification and experience

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Marketing/Business

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in engineering sectors in capital equipment

- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record in developing business opportunities and closing deals independently

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Experience in preparing proposals/tenders and structuring end-to-end solution offerings, with the ability to connect customer needs, products, and services

- Experience in solution-based and upselling within a B2B environment

- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline

- Familiarity with local market practices and regulatory requirements
