• Responsible for driving efficiency and improvement across company's global supply chain while managing the operational and financial performance of customer accounts

• Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships to support business growth and ensure alignment on goals and expectations

• Leading cross-functional projects, working closely with R&D, and managing project timelines, risks, and recovery plans

• Forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and ensuring adequate capacity to meet customer needs while mitigating supply chain disruptions

• Supervise daily operations to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and effective issue resolution, including “clear to build” reviews and follow-ups.

• Continuous improvement is driven through process optimisation, cost-saving initiatives, and enhanced customer satisfaction metrics

• Communicate with all stakeholders and timely escalation of issues, along with a deep understanding of production lines, testing, and material flow.

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or equivalent 

• Strong understanding of business operations, factory planning, and supply chain flows (including logistics, inventory control and procurement), International Trade regulation/ compliance procedure will have added advantageous 

• Proficient in creating clear, impactful management-level presentations and effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Experienced in operational data analysis and performance tracking using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI will have added advantageous
