Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or at the counter

• Answer enquiries, make or change bookings, and handle payments politely and efficiently

• Provide clear information and friendly support to ensure customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with other departments to follow up on requests and ensure smooth operations

• Handle admin tasks such as emails, referrals, and emergency activations

• Keep things organized and ensure customers feel heard and well-supported

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree with relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)

• Must posses experience in call centre industry

• Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage

• Friendly, patient, and enjoy helping others

• Able to handle a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
