Job Description & Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct Handing-over sessions.

• Update Home Guardians on incidences, medical, school matters and consent forms.

• Update records books & reports.

• Perform hourly round checks from 11:00pm - 5:00am

• Monitor and manage residents during tuition and study period sessions.

• Check and organise all residents’ daily homework. Ensure that every resident has completed their homework by checking and signing their School handbook.

• Ensure that all residents’ school bags are packed and their uniforms are ready before they go to bed.

• Ensure that all residents have brushed their teeth and washed up for bed.

• Accompany resident(s) to clinic or hospital, when necessary.

• Administer medication to resident(s), when necessary.

• Check all residents’ daily attire and grooming before they go to school.

• Issue daily pocket money for all residents going to school.

• Conduct necessary spot checks.

• Conduct inventory and stock checks.

• Carry out the Physical Body Check on residents who are leaving and coming back from Home Leave.

• Check the First Aid Box. Dispose of any expired items and replenish finished or missing items.

• Carry out fire drill exercises quarterly and ensure both Homes meet all fire safety requirements.

• Perform driving duties, if any.

• Support MTFA / Darul Ihsan in all events/functions

• Perform any other duties assigned.

Official Working Hour:

12 hours night shift
