• Permanent position/ Near MRT/ MNC/ Manufacturing

• 5 days’ work week: Mon- Fri /8.15am - 5.45pm

Our client(MNC) is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing solutions provider. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all production equipment, including injection moulding machines and accessory equipment.

• Ensure timely resolution of machine issues through effective troubleshooting and coordination of repair activities.

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime.

• Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

• Manage the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Supervise complex tasks, such as injection screw and barrel cleaning, ensuring proper execution.

• Support troubleshooting of building equipment and systems in collaboration with other departments.

• Maintain accurate records of machine downtime, repair activities, and inventory usage.

• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.

• Analyze machine performance data to identify and implement improvement opportunities.

• Develop and optimize maintenance processes to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Min 8 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Expertise in troubleshooting complex machinery and systems.
