We are seeking a motivated self-starter for an entry level administrative position in our company. You will be part of a core administrative support team and will be trained in Facility, Purchasing, Leasing and Customer Service.
You will work closely with the Facility and Leasing teams, so strong communications skills are a must. We strongly prefer proactive & hardworking candidates that are able to manage a broad scope of work duties.
Your responsibilities may include one or more of the following areas:
Information/record management including maintaining date and records
Support in office management and general administration duties
Coordinate and support the team's workflows and processes
Job requirement:
Min GCE A Level / Diploma holder
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Available on weekends and public holidays, and able to attend to calls after office hours as needed
Fluent in spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
Resourceful, independent and self-motivated
Good communication and co-ordination skills
Able to multi-task
