Financial Reporting Manager - S$ 10,000 (ID: 688073) - #1133875

Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation of full sets of accounts and facilitate the group’s financial consolidation process

• Ensure accuracy of financial statements for both company and group.

• Provide guidance on complex accounting matters and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, SFRS)

• Lead the implementation of new accounting standards and support process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy

• Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process

• Support the Group with ESG reporting and related sustainability initiatives

• Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, finance, and management teams to provide insights and support decision-making

• Remain adaptable to changing business needs and take on additional responsibilities beyond core financial reporting duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or a recognized equivalent professional qualification

• 8-10 years of relevant experience, experience with a Big 4 audit firm will have added advantageous

• Excellent written and communication skills to engage with stakeholders across divisions

• Familiarity with sustainability principles and reporting frameworks (e.g., ISSB, TCFD, GRI) will have added advantageous
