ToolLive, sister company of Dedienne Aerospace; Incumbent to be part of ToolLive team and within Customer Services Business Unit, the mission is to develop ToolLive's three main focuses:
Leasing
Sale of Tracker Device
Services Platform Development
Work closely with Dedienne Sales Team and ToolLive Development Team on actual customer portfolio and to prospect for new customers; Combining both Sales and Operational tasks following the lease assets lifecycle, trackers stock and platform deployment.
Strategic Deployment
Implement the necessary actions to achieve the objectives set in the business plan.
Participate in the definition and implementation of the marketing strategy (prices, promotion, communication, product range, technical support, etc.) for ToolLive concept.
Development & Prospection
Develop new customers.
Establish long term relations with existing and new customers.
Present ToolLive while attending exhibitions/conferences.
Develop loan activity business.
Develop tracking activity business.
Promote and deploy the services platform.
Operational
Supervise sales contract operations, from order entry to customer delivery.
Perform competitive intelligence on competitors’ positioning and suggest growth levers.
Manage lease pool (return from lease, servicing, adding new assets to the pool).
Manage all quotes and negotiations related to ToolLive activity.
*Business travel will be expected to fulfil the role
Job Descriptions will be reviewed and discussed annually during the staff appraisal.
