Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team as a Quality Manager, where you'll oversee essential quality functions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Bring your expertise to lead quality initiatives that drive excellence and enhance overall business efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of all Quality functions, including Quality Assurance and Quality Control, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with Regulatory and Operations teams to maintain product quality in alignment with established standards and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, including GMP, ISO, FSSC, Halal, and Kosher, while maintaining certification and oversight functions.

• Manage Quality budgets and CAPEX planning to ensure cost efficiency in partnership with Regulatory.

• Lead timely investigations and closures of non-conformances while addressing quality and food safety issues through multidisciplinary teamwork.

• Develop, review, and approve Quality Management System documentation such as SOPs, WI, CAPAs, and batch records to uphold regulatory standards.

• Support audit and inspection management in collaboration with Regulatory, ensuring readiness and compliance with necessary documentation.

• Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of Quality staff, fostering professional growth and development.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to overall operational success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Extensive knowledge of GMP, GxP, FSSC, ISO systems, and ICH guidelines.

• Strong understanding of risk-based methodologies and quality management principles.

• Proven experience in deviation management and root cause analysis.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making skills.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes effectively.

• Commitment to ethical standards and a proactive approach to fostering a quality-driven culture.
