Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance of peripheral digital equipment at client locations to ensure optimal functionality.
Diagnose and repair equipment issues by performing diagnostics and executing necessary repairs.
Collect and analyze data from maintenance and repair activities to identify trends and drive improvements.
Interact with clients to understand concerns, provide solutions, and maintain effective communication.
Participate in equipment installation projects at client sites to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Able to work long hours to support 24-hour factory operations.
Willingness to travel internationally for business trips as required.
