Job Scope:

Electrical & Control Automation Engineer

• Analyze project requirements; design, develop, and test industrial robotic equipment/machinery.

• Design electrical control systems and prepare electrical schematic drawings (E3; ePLAN knowledge is a plus).

• Source, select, and order electrical control components.

• Execute control system setup including I/O configuration, servo & step drive setup, and axis tuning.

• Provide technical support during on-site installations and commissioning.

• Ensure accurate technical documentation, including TCF preparation.

Service Engineer

• Install, commission, test, and maintain automation systems, machinery, and control equipment at customer sites.

  Diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify electrical, mechanical, PLC, HMI, and control system faults efficiently.

  Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and minimize downtime.

  Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of service issues.

  Configure, modify, and optimize PLC programs, automation software, and control parameters as required.

  Conduct system upgrades, retrofitting, and improvement works to meet operational and safety standards.

  Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation after each service activity.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Engineering or equivalent.

• With min 1-3 years of experience designing power generation controls, electrical switchgear, or automation systems.

• Experience with low-voltage and medium-voltage switchgear design, control panel development, and power system analysis.

• Experience in PLC and HMI (touchscreen/IPC) programming.

• Skilled in read and understand electrical schematics and drawings

• Skilled in using AutoCAD, E3, or similar CAD tools.

• Familiarity with automation systems or industrial machinery is an advantage.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
