• Allowance $3,500–$4,500 based on last drawn + attractive commissions

Responsibilities

• Talking to real humans, understanding their needs and protecting them before disaster hits

• Helping people avoid becoming the next “please donate, hospital bill too high” story

• Building your own client base while stacking recurring income so one day you can have brunch at 11am on a weekday without guilt

• Managing your own time, no boss asking “Why you late?” because you are the boss

• Checking in on clients when their life changes (marriage, baby, new house… not just when birthdays come with cake)

• Continuously learning wealth and legacy planning so you become someone worth talking to
