Responsibilities
- Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Support the implementation of compensation policies, incentive schemes, and performance-based rewards.
- Assist in annual salary review, bonus, and benefits renewal exercises.
- Maintain accurate C&B records, prepare reports, and respond to employee queries on compensation and benefits matters.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards-related functions.
