Working Location: Jurong East, walking distance from MRT
5 working days depends on the duty roaster
Mon to Fri( 10am-8pm)
Sat / Sun: 10am -5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in and phone enquiries
Assist customers with applications, payments, and documentation
Provide clear explanations of services and procedures
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Support front desk and general administrative duties
Requirements:
Customer service or admin experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Able to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
