Job Description: Service Delivery Officer

We are looking for a meticulous, dedicated and detail-oriented Service Delivery Officer to manage the full lifecycle of customer order processing. This role ensures all customer requests are accurately validated, recorded, and maintained across various internal systems within expected timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review & Validate Incoming Requests

·         Review incoming customer requests for completeness and accuracy

• Clarify missing or ambiguous information and decompose order components to determine the appropriate order types

·         Create orders in the ECOM system and ensure all related ties are properly established (Project, Bill Dependency, Circuit)

2. Customer & Account Management

• Issue order acknowledgement emails to customers/requestors

• Process amendments to orders and Customer Required Dates (CRDs)

• Create or update customer and billing accounts, including:

  • New account creation

  • Name/address updates

  • UEN changes

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Sales/Internal teams on order details

• Work with Credit Management on blacklisting checks

• Liaise with Number Management for voice service number assignments
  

Required Skills & Knowledge

1.    System Experience
Knowledge of the following systems is beneficial (training will be provided if needed): CRM, ECOM, ESOM, NGNIS CRS

2.    Product Knowledge
Understanding of key product offerings, including:

• Voice/eVolve Services: Phonenet, BizDel, BizVoice, SingNet eVolve, BDL, SaaS, etc.

• Data Services: Domestic Data, International Data, Cybersecurity solutions

3.    Core Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Understanding of product schemes, plans, and value-added combinations

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and coordination skills across teams
