Order Management Executive, 12 Months

Role Overview
The Order Management Executive will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role involves reviewing customer requests, creating and amending orders in internal systems, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Job Description

• Raise and manage orders in the system based on customers’ requests

• Review incoming requests to ensure information is complete and accurate

• Analyse and decompose requests to determine the correct order types

• Create orders in the ECOM system

• Set up project ties, billing dependency ties, and circuit ties

• Send order acknowledgement emails to customers or requestors

• Amend orders and committed ready dates (CRD) when required

• Create new customer and billing accounts when necessary

• Update customer and billing account details (name, address, UEN)

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing

Requirements

• Basic system knowledge is an advantage (training will be provided):

  • CRM, ECOM, ESOM, NGNIS, EWS

• Basic knowledge of telecom products is a plus:

  • Voice / eVolve services (e.g. Phonenet, BizVoice, SingNet eVolve, SaaS)

  • Data services (domestic, international, cyber security, etc.)

• Relevant product knowledge such as schemes, plans, and value-added services

• Ability to liaise with Sales / SDE, Credit Management, and Number Management teams

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple orders accurately
