Service Delivery (Order Processing) / Serangoon North - #1133720

We are seeking a meticulous, dedicated, and detail-oriented Service Delivery Officer to manage the full lifecycle of customer order processing. This role ensures all customer requests are accurately validated, recorded, and maintained across internal systems within expected timelines.

1. Review & Validate Incoming Requests

• Assess incoming customer requests for completeness and accuracy.

• Clarify missing or ambiguous details and break down order components to determine appropriate order types.

• Create orders in the ECOM system and ensure all related ties (Project, Bill Dependency, Circuit) are properly established.

2. Customer & Account Management

• Issue order acknowledgment emails to customers/requestors.

• Process amendments to orders and Customer Required Dates (CRDs).

• Create or update customer and billing accounts, including:

  • New account creation

  • Name/address updates

  • UEN changes

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams on order details.

• Work with Credit Management for blacklisting checks.

• Liaise with Number Management for voice service number assignments.
