Procurement Specialist - #1133715

Nearest MRT: Punggol Coast
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)
Contract Duration: 12 months (agency contract)
Salary: SGD 4,800 – SGD 7,200 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely procurement for development projects.

• Lead ICT procurement activities and ensure compliance with procurement policies and guidelines.

• Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and technical specifications.

• Advise project teams on procurement procedures and requirements.

• Monitor vendor performance and manage contracts, including variations when required.

• Identify procurement risks and recommend mitigation actions.

• Support audits and ensure proper documentation and governance.

• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.

• Ensure projects comply with Quality Management System (QMS) and contractual standards.

• Guide and support team members in daily operations.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of ICT procurement and contract management practices.

• Experience in procurement of Cloud, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and/or Agile projects is an advantage.

• Experience participating in full software or product development cycles.

• Proven experience in IT business analysis.

• Experience in project monitoring and tracking.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.

• Good analytical, organisational, and planning skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.

• Good command of spoken and written English.
