Job Scope

•           Lead and motivate the production team to achieve daily targets, quality standards, and   

            on-time delivery.

•           Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance

            with company policies.

•           Implement and monitor production processes, procedures, and safety protocols to

            maintain a safe and productive workplace.

•           Analyse performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and drive cost

            reduction and efficiency initiatives.

•           Manage departmental budgets, resources, and machine utilisation to maximise

            productivity and minimise downtime.

•           Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer

            satisfaction.

Requirements

•           Min 10 years relevant supervisory experience in manufacturing industry

•           Min Diploma or equivalent in Manufacturing, Quality or Engineering related fields.

•           Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

•           Solid understanding of production planning, processes, and quality systems.

•           Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
