Banking: Junior Operations Officer (KYC/Account opening) - #1133675

THE COMPANY

The bank is an established set up and are looking to expand their operations. Currently, there are seeking for a Junior Operations Officer who can help with their Branch Banking Operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle bank’s branch operations

• Input customers’ details into the system

• Ensure complete customers’ (Retail and corporates) KYC inputs/documentation

• Deal with complete documentation for Account opening and closing etc.

• Handle GIRO transactions

• Handle relevant reporting  

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

• Any other adhoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Bank operations/documentation

• Approachable, diligent, keen eye for details and has good interpersonal and communication skills
