Building Management System Engineer - #1133665

• Be part of the BMS team supporting APAC regions while working closely with regional and US-based members

• Provide technical leadership for BMS and controls systems across APAC sites

• Lead BMS projects in areas of development, implementation, verification to adhere to engineering standards

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including design and construction, vendors, consultants and customers

• Identify risks and recommend improvement to increase reliability and performance

• Perform Factory Acceptance Testing activities

• Be SME for BMS including training stakeholders

• Involve meeting customers, gather requirement and address technical concern

• Support customers' RFQ and technical queries

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Controls, Automation, EE or Mechanical

• At least 5 years of experience in control system design, integration commission focusing on HVAC control systems and Building Management System

• Understand HVAC systems – chiller plant controls, electrical infrastructure such as transformers, generators and associated equipment

• Sound level of knowledge Schneider EcoStruxure Building Operation or other BMS platforms

• Knowledge of power and energy metering in a data setup and able to apply PUE, WUE, CUE and other efficiency calculations

• Strong system integration experience in the data center industry is essential in this role

• Experience with multiple BMS platforms

• Knowledge of MQTT, RESTful APIs or modem data integration architectures

• Minimum traveling
