Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the SME and Enterprise market segments, identifying key target accounts, industries, and geographic regions.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and team success.
Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management, prospecting, and lead generation activities, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their business needs.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs within the SME and Enterprise market segment, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategy and product development efforts. Drive transition from traditional infra and project sales to MSP, MSSP and emerging AI sales which should yield higher GP.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Operations, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and drive business success. Collaborate closely with Konica Minolta Singapore team to drive synergy sales success.
Performance Tracking: Establish and track key performance metrics and sales KPIs, providing regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus.
10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within IT, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or related tech sector.
Experience in leading sales teams in MSP, MSSP or AI Sales will be a plus.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in Singapore and/or APAC markets.
Strong network of enterprise customers, partners, and industry stakeholders in the region.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, digital transformation, cloud, or software sales cycles, Managed IT Services.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to inspire, coach, and scale high-performing teams.
Data-driven, strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
