Production Technician - #1133634

• Operate the production/process according to SOPs and safety requirements.

• Monitor process parameters, equipment condition and product quality

• Identify and report abnormalities (Process Deviation, equipment issues, quality defects)

• Perform troubleshooting and support production changeovers

• Record production data and support continuous improvement activities.

• Assist in mixing of chemical and chemical powder

• Assist in loading, unloading, packing etc.

• Take a sampling for analysis of products and process evaluation.

• Take measures to improve production status and equipment performance on productivity and quality.

• Report all incidents, near misses, deviation from plan and take part in further investigation when required.

• Provide support for maintenance group /quality control group, if any problem arises.

Requirements:

• Experience in chemical or process plant.

• An effective team player with good communication

• Able to lead operator

• Able to work in a fast paced environment.

• No aircon and candidates must be physically fit and be able to carry 25kg

• Normal working hours (Mon-Fri), must be open to work shift and overtime when necessary.
