Working Hours: Mon – Fri: Office hours
Salary: Up to $6,000/month + comms
Job Description:
Develop and execute strategies to penetrate commercial brands, retail spaces, hospitality projects, offices, and large-scale commercial developments.
Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with main contractors, architects, and interior designers specializing in commercial projects to drive specification and adoption of company's solutions.
Proactively source and secure new business opportunities within commercial lighting and design applications, expanding market presence and project pipelines.
Work closely with project stakeholders to understand design requirements and propose suitable lighting products, solutions, and technical support.
Prepare and deliver sales pitches, product presentations, and proposals to key decision makers across targeted sectors.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closure, ensuring revenue targets and growth objectives are achieved.
Maintain an updated database of prospects, project status, and key accounts, providing regular sales reports and market insights to management.
Collaborate with internal teams on tender submissions, pricing strategies, and project coordination to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
3–5 years of business development, sales, or client management experience (recruitment or HR tech industry preferred).
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and consultative selling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
